Co-designing solutions to complex problems to balance people and planet is the key ethos to Jess’ design philosophy. Having won a Good Design Award for her work in the recent Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide project, her faith in the competency of co-design was validated. Jess believes in the power of education and deliberation for creating better future outcomes that promote ecological thinking and a balanced society. A highlight of her career is spearheading the Social Impact Initiative at The Customer Experience Company to support the company to better "walk the walk" in alignment with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
